Marlo was professional from the get-go. Her ability to listen to what our wants and needs was refreshing and put us at ease. Our house buying process lead us through a number of homes but Marlo was very patient. Our process was a bit of a challenge because we had to switch mortgage companies halfway in due to city zoning confusion. Throughout all this Marlo was always supportive and ready to answer questions. All in all a positive experience for us.
